| Sustainable Design... Fully Integrated Environmental Design is not new to our firm - it's a process we have embraced since the firm was founded. From experience we know that an integrated design team needs a strong leader to be successful. Not a dictator, but leaders skilled at eliciting the best and timely efforts from the team members. We are that leader! As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, our most recent successful experience is leading an Integrated Design Team with Vista Ridge High School (slated to be LEED Certified). As we have stated before, this is a proven part of EACH of our projects. We firmly believe that a successful project is more than just great design, meeting the budget and the schedule - it's about a building that works. The key is constant communication. It's regularly scheduled meetings. It's prompt conference records. It's verifying that everyone always know what's going on. Sustainable Projects...
